    I lifted from age 13 to 32 with not doing 1 deadlift because it was a power lifting move... I started 2 mo ago and my upper glutes have exploded and traps/rhomboids have gotten much thicker. I already did and continue to do squats/hip thrusts/RDL/Split squats for glutes and pull ups/rows for back. Def worth it!

    I am a nationally qualified bodybuilder who most recently placed 2nd at the Mr Texas at the age of 56. I split my body over 4 workouts and train 5 days a week, 4 on 1 off during contest prep. I hit a body part once every 6 days. I also prep combat athletes (some have made it to Bellator and the UFC) and also champion wrestlers. They typically train a 3 way split, again only hitting a body part once a week (but wrestling 3 days a week).

    IR light is helpful, but a workout gym in IR light is flawed. You are too far away from the light panels for them to do most of their work, and you are wearing clothes which blocks the infrared light anyway.

    Hello Doctor, Good morning(IST), so Doctor today issue is around a officer at work, and also a physical education enthusiast, so this father used to help his son also with sex education since he is working for sports and need to have grounds to play and relax which is very rare in their area of operating so he also got threats to be killed for closing those schools, however since he has 2 sons he is training his elder son to know how to massage penis and also to get the upper layer of the penis to be opened to clean it while bathing and it is very normal hygiene things but many have kids joined to hostels at young age and so might have girl children too, but his training was to make sure his eldest son explains the same to his younger son if anything happens to him, now both are above 26yrs, but his friends have discovered problems with their daughters and Son in-laws due to some working conditions and so on so they have taken up kids legally and it is also a education thing they learned and can do to explain to their grand children but this wing is attacked again stating you people rub and clean your children dicks, what is so wrong in it, Doctor?

      They state they started to use magic and get them to feel the need to explain it to each other since sex education is just introduced in their country and has marks in examinations but this is different and personal hygiene, does it fall under sexology? Not sure Doctor, and his son felt it is great to have his kids also be grown with his Dad if being a son and then can work in long posting periods any mistake Mam, so is it to find out who likes dicks and then to avoid them since they are attacked to be having a death is done, what should they do? Now they moved this through magic practices and created a cult around it fighting it, is it so wrong to grow with father as son or with grand father as grand son? How can this attack be seen or from whom? Just needed to know to proceed further.

    Oh my dear me! I cannot recommend the rowing machine enough. I rowed 6000-10,000 metres per day for 10 weeks and lost 15kg while building my quads and ass!! The skill element is absolutely correct. I can cycle 180km but can barely run 2km but my mate who runs twice per day, and even runs 40km at least once per week, struggles to ride 20km!

    Try 10kg in each hand - 1KM walk. Add a 10-15KG backpack and some Jungle Boots for this carry - that's 30-45KG total load for 1K. 5 sets please. Then use the same load to do stairs up and down, 40 up, 40 down / 12 deep breaths as rest X 5 sets. I did this once per week as the basis of my fitness training and it was stunning how effective and broad the benefits of this where. Along with Hour+ ruck marches and some slow mid distance jogging between 2 - 4 1/2 miles with between 15 and 30KG load in a ruck sack. This put me in the best shape of my life mid 30's. You have to do lots of stretching though, static as well.

    I’m trying to get SHREDDED. I’m at 187 lbs at 5’10”. I have a meniscus and hamstring injury that keeps me from doing lower body work and cardio. I just need something to aid my low carb diet and 6 day a week training program. I’m almost doing carnivore I have such little carbs, only spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes.

    I've seen so many videos and read different studies saying carbs raise cortisol as well as saying they lower cortisol. It's hard to suss out what is accurate and what is not, because when presented in videos it all sounds convincing.

    Starvation diet. Eat 3 square meals and you are good. Add a clean protein shake blended with berries/fruits( no preservatives, additives ) between lunch and dinner.

    These guys always underestimate how long it takes to do their programs. Badly. Unless you’re in an empty gym or have a home gym, but I think they forget most of us work out in pretty busy gyms. And I’ve seen a lot of people say that even when they are working out at home or in an empty gym they still can’t get the routines done as quickly as these guys say they should. That’s my one issue. Other than that, they always have good information. And their programs are legitimately awesome. I have all of them.

    having done p90x i will say you will def lose some weight, but its kind of dog shit for actually building and training your muscles in any significant way. I lost like 60 lbs but i also just looked deflated and had no real development in my muscles until i took up body building and strong man. Having said that, if you want something just to burn calories and "turn your brain off " for 90 days then its not a bad option

    When i increased my protein (animal source), decreased my coffee to 5oz 1x/day, lifted heavy weights w/ rest in between sets for 3 mins., slept at the same time (10:30pm) daily & 30 mins of prayer time morning and aftrn, my insomnia disappeared. When dealing with hormones you need to go rhrough your checklist everyday.

    Pretty simple. Glute bridges. All of them, as many as you can do, the heavier the better. Cardio is infinitely more important than strength in bjj.

    Creatine never worked for me ,but then not everyone responds well too it...Just looked bloated with water retention and had an upset stomach..Boring kerp dosing up on it too..

    I'm 55 and not really gaining much, I've been doing ppl six day's a week.. I'm contemplating doing full body - Mon Wed's Friday, to me that seems like a lot to recover from? Can someone please help me program how that would be effective please?
